Can we bring our own alcohol?+
Yes — all of our buses are fully BYOB friendly. You're welcome to bring beer, wine, and spirits. We provide complimentary ice and cups. Illinois law requires all passengers consuming alcohol to be 21+.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weekend events between May and September we strongly recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead. Weekdays and off-season dates are more flexible. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible — call us directly and we'll check availability immediately.
Is a deposit required to reserve a bus?+
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date and bus. The amount varies based on the bus and event type. We'll walk you through everything before you commit — no surprises.
What is the minimum rental time?+
Our standard minimum is 3 hours but is dependent on the date. For certain event types or specific routes the minimum may vary. We'll always be upfront about this when we confirm your quote.
Do you serve areas outside Joliet?+
Yes — we serve all of Will County and greater Chicagoland including Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Romeoville, Lockport, Crest Hill, Shorewood, Minooka, New Lenox, Mokena, Frankfort, Manhattan, Channahon, Naperville, Chicago, and more. Call us if you're unsure — we likely cover your area.
🔒 Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable Deposits. All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is charged to hold a reservation and take a vehicle of your choice off the market until the date of service.
Mechanical Breakdown. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Damage Liability. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $300.00 for each carpet or seat burn.
Sanitation Fee. $1,000 sanitation fee (or at driver's discretion in the event anyone becomes ill).
Prohibited Activities. Drug consumption and use is prohibited by law — any fines will be paid by the customer. No food consumption permitted in our vehicles. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Driver's Right to Terminate. The driver has the right to terminate a run without refund in the event of blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
Overtime. Overtime pay applies after the first 10 minutes beyond the prearranged time on the run sheet, charged on an hourly basis.
Winter Conditions. Not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., unsalted roads, accidents, etc.).
Lost Articles. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Payment. Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run.
Capacity. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Airport Trips. We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly. We cannot guarantee availability when flights are more than 45 minutes late — the reserved vehicle type may change. Wait time begins after 45 minutes of gate arrival for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Wait time is $15 per every 15 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Airport โ€” Outbound. All outbound airport sedan trips must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to reservation for a full refund.
Airport โ€” Inbound. All inbound airport sedan trips must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to departure for a full refund; 12 hours for stretch limos and buses.
No Shows. All no-shows will be charged a full fare plus 20% gratuity.
Other Reservations. All other reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the reservation to avoid being charged the full amount. Wait time for other reservations is $30–$75 per every 15 minutes of waiting.
COVID-19. All COVID-19 cancellations follow the same rules as above.
Late Cancellations. Any trip not cancelled within the applicable timeframe will incur a full charge.
